Q: What kind of manuals are these?
A: Our manuals are the same exact manuals that professional technicians use in the field to troubleshoot & repair equipment. We also carry user & operating manuals for that used piece of equipment you purchase that doesn't come with instructions.
 

Q: How are the manuals on this site different from other sites?

              A: Manuals that you purchase on other sites are in the raw format. We take the raw format and insert bookmarks where possible and combine the parts manual if available with the service manual, this way you can find the information you need quickly.  We do all of this at better prices than anywhere else.

Q: How do I use these manuals?
A: 95% of our manuals are in .pdf format for use with Adobe Reader which can be downloaded for free at adobe.com. We use the .pdf format because it gives you the ability to zoom in on a section of the machines and schematics plus easily print out individual pages.  The other 5% of the manuals are in .zip format and will require Winzip or another extraction program to extract the individual files. There are some Panasonic manuals that require a separate program to view. This program will be made available to you.

Q: Can I download the manuals that I need immediately?
A: Yes. That is the way this site works, once payment is made, you will receive a link at checkout and in email with a link to download your purchase. You will have 72 hours to make the download. After that time the link will be invalid and you will have to email us for a new link.

Q: Do you offer technical support?
A: We will offer technical support for PC and printer repair to customers who have purchased a manual from us and who are having problems making a repair to the best of our ability.

Q: Will the manual give me the answer to the problem I have?

A: Every manual is different. Some are more comprehensive than others. Many include fault guides but not all. If You can read and understand schematic diagrams then You should be able to diagnose the problem with the information supplied. Please note that manuals cannot be returned on the basis of having insufficient information.

Due to the nature of the medium we sell, there will be absolutely NO REFUNDS. All files are tested before being placed on the site, but if you have a problem a file, you can rest assured that it will be replaced or we will make an adjustment.
